How does your pricing work?
Flat-rate, always. You see and approve the full price before any work begins, so there are no surprise hourly charges. The diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair, and financing is available on system replacements.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical, or just HVAC?

What HVAC brands do you install and service?
We install Daikin, Amana, American Standard, Trane, Goodman systems, and we're an factory-trained Daikin dealer. We service every major brand regardless of who installed it.
How often should my system be serviced?
Twice a year: cooling maintenance in spring before the first 90° day, and heating maintenance in fall before the first hard freeze. Skipping maintenance can cut a system's lifespan by a third.
