1994 — Graco Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical opens in Lewisville
A local heating and air shop on the Highway 121 corridor, built on flat-rate pricing and answered phones — the two habits that still define the company.

From Lewisville outward: Flower Mound, Carrollton, Denton, then up the US-75 and I-35 corridors to Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Gainesville, and Sherman. Growth by referral, not billboards.

Triple Play Home Services has served central Oklahoma from its home base in Edmond since 2009, bringing plumbing, heating and air, and electrical work under one roof so homeowners can make one call instead of three. The company is veteran-owned, and its technicians hold the credentials that matter: NATE certification, EPA 608 certification, and factory training as a Daikin dealer. Oklahomans may also recognize the voice of the brand — spokesperson Dean Blevins, a member of the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame. But Triple Play's roots show most clearly off the clock: sponsoring youth sports teams across the Edmond and Oklahoma City metro, supporting schools and academic programs, and organizing teacher appreciation initiatives. When it came time to grow, Triple Play joined forces with Graco to combine two veteran-owned companies across two states. Today it carries the Oklahoma flag as a proud member of the Graco family of brands.
